Run/Walk + Sit Ups
This is your Friday workout if you are doing 3 days a week. If you are doing 6 days a week this is your Wednesday and Saturday workout.
Week 1 - 0.5 mi Run/Walk + 50 Sit Ups
Week 2 - 1.0 mi Run/Walk + 75 Sit Ups
Week 3 - 1.5 mi Run/Walk + 100 Sit Ups
Week 4 - 2.0 mi Run/Walk + 125 Sit Ups
*Note - Sarah does say Tuesday/Friday in this video, but it would be Wednesday/Saturday
