Kickstart your mountain-ready fitness with MTNTOUGH Gym On-Ramp, a beginner-friendly program designed to eliminate gym intimidation for aspiring mountain athletes. This self-guided program teaches functional, dynamic movements using basic gym equipment to build confidence, mobility, and full-body strength over two weeks, preparing you for rugged terrain. Ideal for those with no prior gym experience, it’s led by trainer Sarah Maschino through short explainer videos and is accessible via the MTNTOUGH+ app, setting you up to progress to Gym Foundation in the entry-level section.
Key Features
Format: Self-guided workouts with video demonstrations by trainer Sarah Maschino, including technique tips and scalable movements, accessible on any device via the MTNTOUGH+ app.
Duration: Two-week program with three workouts per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
Workout Length: 30-40 minutes, including warmups, mobility and strength movements, and cool downs.
Focus: Functional, dynamic movements to build confidence, mobility, and full-body strength for rugged terrain.
