Learn the difference between commitment and ownership. Commitment gets you into the game. It is being there for someone and their mission, their objective. It's a good thing. However ownership is what takes you over the edge, and into excellence. Ownership is no longer saying, "I'm going to help you with your mission," but rather "This is our mission."
