Build your mountain-ready foundation with MTNTOUGH Minimal Gear Foundation 2.0, designed for aspiring mountain athletes who’ve completed Minimal Gear On-Ramp or intermediate athletes. This 4-week program masters fundamental movements to develop functional strength, mobility, and endurance using minimal gear, preparing you for rugged terrain. Led by head coach Sarah Maschino via video demonstrations and supporting PDFs, it offers progressive training to ready you for tougher challenges like Minimal Gear Daily or stand-alone minimal gear programs in the MTNTOUGH+ app, with the option to repeat Minimal Gear On-Ramp 1-2 times if needed.
Key Features
Format: Follow-along and self-guided workouts with video demonstrations by head coach Sarah Maschino and supporting PDFs, accessible on any device via the MTNTOUGH+ app.
Duration: Four-week program with five workouts per week (Monday through Friday).
Workout Length: 30-40 minutes, including warmups, strength and mobility movements, and cool downs.
Focus: Fundamental movements to develop functional strength, mobility, and endurance for rugged terrain.
