Tailored for intermediate and advanced athletes, this program delivers coached workouts five days a week, preparing you for high-altitude challenges and multi-day pursuits. Guided by a MTNTOUGH coach and athlete with form demonstrations and real-time guidance, it sharpens your skills for the backcountry, with completion of Gym Foundation or equivalent recommended before starting, accessible via the MTNTOUGH+ app.

Key Features
Format: Follow-along workouts posted and removed daily with guided training by a MTNTOUGH coach, accessible on any device via the MTNTOUGH+ app.
