Conquer the mountains with MTNTOUGH Gym Daily. Optimized for the home or garage gym, this five-day program builds the functional strength, endurance, and coordination mountain athletes need to thrive in rugged terrain. Gym Daily delivers 45-60 minute coached workouts Monday through Friday, using squat racks, barbells, and one cardio machine to prepare you for high-altitude challenges and multi-day pursuits. Follow along with our coach and an athlete, where form demonstrations and real-time guidance sharpen your skills for the backcountry.

Note: Suitable for intermediate and advanced athletes. We recommend completing the Gym Foundation Program or equivalent before starting.

FORMAT: Follow-along workouts posted and removed daily, accessible on any device for guided training (self-guided programs available elsewhere in the app).

DURATION: Ongoing daily workouts, Monday through Friday, with new program themes every 4-6 weeks.

WORKOUT LENGTHS: 45-60 minutes, including customized warmups, functional fitness workouts, and cool downs with recaps.

GEAR: Full gym setup—box or sturdy cooler, push sled, squat rack, plates, barbells, treadmill with incline, assault bike, ski erg, and/or rower.
