MTN Prehab Limited Daily
MTN Prehab Series 1 was created for anyone wanting to prioritize their recovery and develop strength mobility through the entire kinetic chain. These follow-along sessions are fully coached by a MTNTOUGH coach alongside a MTNTOUGH athlete. Each session is under 20 minutes and is ideally performed in addition to your current MTNTOUGH programming. Throughout this 2 week program, we will alternate between upper and lower body focused sessions. This series is ideal for those that struggle with tight shoulders, hips, knees, or ankles and are looking to increase strength within deeper ranges of motion while staying injury free. Equipment needs can be found in the main page of the program. MTN Prehab Series 1 was built to provide the tools to keep you healthy and on the mountain.
