At MTNTOUGH, our Daily Yoga sessions have been a cornerstone of our commitment to helping you build mental and physical resilience. However, we’ve listened to your feedback and recognized an opportunity to make our yoga offerings even better. The current format releases a new session every night at midnight, giving you one session to follow each day. While this provides consistency, it limits your choices and may not always match your skill level or goals. For some, the daily session might feel too challenging, while others may want to focus on specific areas like core strength or flexibility.
You can expect a curated library of 30 yoga sessions, refreshed every quarter. This library will include:
10 Beginner sessions: Perfect for those new to yoga or looking for a gentler practice. No athletes required, just you and Danni’s expert guidance. ( Focus for these sessions are to lengthen the muscles in the body, aid in your recovery, and be a great supplement to your pre or post workout.)
10 Intermediate sessions: Designed for those ready to step up, featuring two MTNTOUGH athletes to inspire and guide you. (Focus for these sessions are to increase mobility and core strength. A quicker paced practice that promotes breath to movement for 30 minutes. A great supplement before your workout to warm up the body or as an active recovery practice.)
10 Elite sessions: High-intensity sessions for advanced practitioners, also featuring two athletes to push your limits. (These sessions add all elements into a sequence, flexibility, mobility, strength, balance and restorative postures. Offering a well rounded practice for the athlete. A 60 minute high energy practice that will offer expansions to grow your practice. A great supplement to your weekly workout routine.)
Each session is focused, targeting specific areas like lower body, core, upper body, or mobility. This means you can choose a session that aligns with your goals—whether it’s strengthening your core after a tough hike or improving flexibility for better recovery.
Anytime Access: Instead of one daily session, you’ll have access to all 30 sessions at any given time. Pick the session that matches your skill level, mood, or focus for the day.
This new format is all about empowering you to take control of your yoga journey. Whether you’re a beginner building confidence, an intermediate athlete honing your skills, or an elite performer pushing your boundaries, there’s a session for you. By offering a variety of focused sessions, we’re making MTNTOUGH yoga more inviting and accessible to everyone. Our goal is to help you stay engaged, avoid workout monotony, and stick with the app for the long haul—because your strength, resilience, and growth are what drive us.
