This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by MTNTOUGH Fitness Lab, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or any other platform.
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.
Entrants must be legally eligible to purchase, possess, and own a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Promotion begins upon publication and closes on May 1st at 11:59 PM (local time) (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
The winner will be selected at random during the week of May 4th (the “Drawing Period”).
Participants may enter by submitting their email address through the official entry form provided by Sponsor.
Additional optional actions (such as engaging with Sponsor content) may be offered but will not require a purchase. All entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.
Limit one (1) primary entry per person unless otherwise specified. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
One (1) winner will receive the promotional item described on the landing page (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor during the Drawing Period.
The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
The Prize will be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer located in the winner’s local area, as designated by Sponsor in coordination with the winner.
Failure to complete the required transfer process, pass a background check, or otherwise comply with applicable laws will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
By entering, participants represent and warrant that they are legally permitted to own and possess a firearm. Sponsor makes no representations regarding the legality of ownership in any jurisdiction.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Any entry that does not comply with applicable laws will be deemed ineligible.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion and communicating with entrants. Participants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their eligibility for this Promotion.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By entering this Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
