You have the whole month of December to complete the Row, row, row your boat. This Challenge is done for fastest time possible with a rower and 40lb dumbbells (males) or 25lb dumbbells (females)
Rules for the squat press
1. Quad parallel to ground on bottom.
2. Must complete full arm extension on top. (Biceps to ears)
Rules for the burpees
1. Chest must come within two inches of ground on bottom via a strict push-up.
2. Full arm extension on top with a 6 inch jump.
