*Each round, Skierg increases by 1 Cal and the DB Push Press increases by 1 rep
*Front Rack Step-up stays the same at 10 (5 each leg)
*Continue until you get to 20

Skierg - 5 Cals
DB Push Press - 5 Reps
Front Rack Step-ups - 10 (5 each leg)

Next round would be...

Skierg - 6 Cals
DB Push Press - 6 Reps
Front Rack Step-ups - 10 (5 each leg)

Continue until you complete...

Skierg - 20 Cals
DB Push Press - 20 Reps
Front Rack Step-ups - 10 (5 each leg)

DB Push press weights (M:30-45lbs: W:20-25lbs)

Use the same weights for the Front Rack Step Ups. Step ups are total (so five per leg).
