You have the whole month of February to complete this workout. This Challenge is done for as many total fan bike calories as possible from each time block after doing the exercises prescribed. Each ascending time block, you add the new exercise on top of all exercises done previously. So on the 10th block, you will be completing all 10 movements.
Rules
This workout cannot take longer than 55 minutes. There is no allotted rest between time block The only time you can be on the bike is after you finish all the prescribed movements in given time block.
