At MTNTOUGH, our Mobility Daily sessions have been a vital tool for helping you stay strong, flexible, and ready for any challenge. Currently, we release a new mobility session every night at midnight, providing a consistent daily practice. However, we’ve heard your feedback: a single daily session can limit your choices and may not always align with your specific needs or goals. For some, it might be too advanced, while others may want to target a particular area of the body. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a new Mobility Daily program structure designed to offer you more variety, flexibility, and control over your mobility practice.
we’re shifting from daily releases to a curated library of 9 mobility sessions, refreshed every quarter. This library, led by Dr. Nick Bechtold, will be organized into three focused groups, each targeting a key body region:
3 Shoulder sessions: Designed to enhance shoulder mobility and stability, perfect for improving upper body performance and preventing injury.
3 Hips and Back sessions: Focused on unlocking hip flexibility and strengthening the back for better posture and movement.
3 Knees and Ankle sessions: Aimed at improving lower body mobility, supporting strong knees and agile ankles for all your adventures.
Each session is carefully crafted to target specific areas, allowing you to choose the focus that best suits your needs on any given day.
This new format empowers you to tailor your mobility practice to your unique needs. Whether you’re recovering from a tough workout, preparing for a big adventure, or simply want to move better, you’ll have options to choose from—shoulders, hips and back, or knees and ankles.
