You have the whole month of January to complete this workout. This Challenge is done for fastest time possible with a 20" box, 50lb, 60lb and 70lb dumbbells (20s, 30s and 40s for females).

Rules for the step-ups
1. Hold both dumbbells at waist, like a farmer carry
2. Full hip extension on top

Rules for the push-ups
1. Chest must come within two inches of ground on bottom
2. Full arm extension on top
