You have the whole month of November to complete the Jolly Rancher.
This Challenge is done for fastest time with a 50lb dumbbell (males) or 30lb dumbbell (females) and a pull-up bar.
Rules for the squats
1. Quad parallel to ground on bottom.
2. Must complete full hip extension on top. (Squeeze butt cheeks)
Rules for the push-ups
1. Chest must come within two inches of ground on bottom.
2. Full arm extension on top.
Rules for the pull-ups
1. Full arm extension on bottom.
2. Chin over bar on top.
