Finish all Blocks for Time
BLOCK 1
Incline Treadmill Asymmetrical Farmer Carry - 1/4 MI at 10% incline
Males: 24kg kettlebell | Females: 12kg kettlebell
Switch hands as needed, keep the kettlebell low.
BLOCK 2
*complete reps in any set/rep combination
Walking Lunges - 200 total
Pack Renegade Rows - 150 total
Pack Lateral Box Step-overs - 100 total
Pack Get-ups - 50 total
BLOCK 3
Pack Farmer Carry - 1/4 MI
DB total weight must be at least 50% of your body weight
If you drop the weights, complete 10 pack squats per drop.
