Set a time for 60 minutes.

every time you get off rower, complete....
DB Pull Through Pushup x 3/3
DB Ground to Overhead x 6/6
DB Walking Lunges x 9/9
*Every 15 minutes, you decrease effort on Rower by
250 meters
Minutes 1-15: 1000 meters
Minutes 16-30: 750 meters
Minutes 31-45: 500 meters
Minutes 46-60: 250 meters
