Forge tactical resilience with MTNTOUGH Weight Vest 20 (WV20). Developed with 5.11 Tactical, this 4-week, 20-workout program challenges tactical athletes with dynamic sessions to boost strength, core stability, mobility, and mental toughness. Requiring only a weight vest and step-up box, WV20 simulates the demands of fieldwork and mountain pursuits, ensuring peak performance in unpredictable environments.
Note: Not a beginner program. Complete “Bodyweight On-Ramp 2.0” and Bodyweight Foundation” first in the MTNTOUGH+ app. Progress to advanced tactical or hunting programs.
FORMAT: Follow along and self-guided workouts via supporting PDFs, accessible on any device via the MTNTOUGH+ app.
DURATION: Four-week program with five workouts per week (Monday through Friday).
WORKOUT LENGTHS: 30-45 minutes, including warmups, strength and conditioning circuits, and cool downs.
GEAR: Minimal setup—weight vest, step-up box or sturdy cooler.
