*As many Rounds as it takes to get to 120 Cals (Women go for 100 Cals)
Assault Bike - 20 sec
Plate Pushups (Heavy) - 10
Just like Monday, the more cals you burn on each sprint the fewer rounds you’ll have to complete. When recording your cals, assure that you take the number of cals when the time hits 20sec, not the amount of cals the bike rolls.
Your plate pushup weight should be close to your 10 rep max.
