Equipment: Backpack with weight (15% and 30% of bodyweight)
Workout Structure:
Run 1 mile
20 Pushups
30 Air Squats
40 Walking Lunges (20 per side)
Add 15% bodyweight to a pack put it on your back
Run/Ruck 1 mile
20 Pack Pushups
30 Pack Squats
40 Pack Walking Lunges (20 per side)
Add 15% more to pack (total 30% bodyweight)
Run/Ruck 1 mile
20 Pack Pushups
30 Pack Squats
40 Pack Walking Lunges (20 per side)
Mile 4: Bodyweight (No Pack)
Remove pack
Run 1 mile run
