MTNTOUGH crew takes on May's 50-min spin class! 10 rounds, 10 exercises, 400+ calories. Let's grind!
Here's the workout:
10 Rounds of 5 minutes (50 minutes)
*perform exercise (1) then use remaining time of rounds to accumulate as many cals as possible on assault bike. Add an exercise from the list each round.
EXAMPLE:
Round 4 you will be doing exercises 1, 2, 3, and 4 before
getting on the bike....
1. Pushups x 10
2. Lunge Jumps x 10/10
3. Supermans x 10
4. Bear Crawl (fwd/rev) x 10yds/10 yds
5. Jump Squats x 10
6. Pullups x 10
7. Bench Plyos x 10/10
8. V Ups x 10
9. Toes to Bar x 10
10. Burpee x 10
*By Round 10, you will be completing all 10 movements
before you get on the bike. This is hard to do.
*Strive to get 400+ Calories on the bike.
