Here's the workout:
Equipment:
- Fan Bike, Skierg or Rower
- 2x 45 lb plates
- a partner
Set a time for 60 minutes.
For the first 30 minutes.
- Partner #1 - Bikes 1 min
- Partner #2 completes...
- Plate Ground to OH - 10
- Plate OH Carry - 50 yds
- Then switch, continue pattern for 30 minutes
For the second 30 minutes.
- Partner #1 - Bikes 1 min
- Partner #2 completes...
- Plate Reverse Lunges - 10/10
- Alternating Hand on Plate Push-ups - 5/5
- Then switch, continue pattern for 30 minutes
