Females: 40 lb sandbag
Complete in whatever order or rep/set format you like, just get it done.
300 SB Walking Lunges
250 Total Renegade Rows (SB on back)
200 YD SB Bear Crawl
150 SB Squats
100 SB Push-ups (SB on back)
50 SB GTS Reverse Lunge
1 Mile Run (w/o SB)
