Hey all,
I'm new to MTN Tough and find myself in need of a few things before I can dive into the Minimal Gear Programs. What are some of the best weights to get for both sandbags and KBs? I am not a complete noob in terms of fitness training, but I'm certainly not a super strong guy either. Want to make sure I'm getting the most bang for my buck in terms of both usage and $ for any gear I buy.
Thanks!

8 or 12 KG kettlebells are great! A 40 lb sandbag is more than adequate too. You don't have to go crazy buying things though. Check out your local Play It Again Sports if you have one.
I learned the hard way with the sand bags. I bought a cheaper one from another company than what MTN Tough promotes and it is in the nicest way possible; very sloppy. I am constantly fighting it and readjusting the bag while in the video it looks tight and compact. Part of the issue is my current bag allows for a large range of weight, 50-125lbs. If it was full i might not have an issue but currently I am not doing 300 squats with 125lbs lol. Take it or leave it,
