Just about to start spring training in March. I have a home gym that is decent. Just wondering what equipment is a must have. I have C2 rower, C2 bike, squat rack, 2 barbells, bumper plates, kettlebell, dumbbells, bench, high step/ box & pull up bar..

What equipment needed for Spring Training?
Hey Dustin, the gear is the same for all full gym programs
Gear Needed
FULL GYM
At minimum, you'll need the following...
Squat Rack
Bench Press
Barbell
Plates
Dumbbells
Pullup Bar
Cardio Machines (Otherwise you will run, ALOT)
-Rower
-Skierg
-Assault Bike
There are some other specialty items that are convenient to have
Such as...
Box for Jumps
Sled for sled pushes
Kettlebells
Tire for flips
These aren't necessary but definitely convenient.

MINIMAL GEAR
The general gear list for the MGD's is:
Kettlebells (Heavy/Light)
Dumbbells (Heavy/Light)
Box/Cooler/Bench
Pullup Bar
You don't need an entire gyms worth of Kettlebells and dumbbells. You should be good to go with a heavy set and a light set. Some guys really like adjustable kettlebells and dumbbells so they can always have the right weight but I would still recommend getting two sets so that you can minimize transition times.
