Loving the gym daily so far. Just curious, is the plan to shift the gym daily programming to more of an endurance emphasis as the hunting season approaches, or should we consider subbing in some rucks or switching to the preseason program if backcountry prep for September is our primary goal?
You cannot go wrong with the MGDs! They are so good for your endurance. You should try to get some rucks in though. It is always helpful to get that backpack loaded up prior to heading into the field.
