I'm 56 and my wife is 57. We started today and glad there is a routine designed for out age group. We have noticed our balance needs work, among other things.

Great program for 50+. I'm three weeks in and am enjoying the program and the results I'm seeing. I'm 65 and am coming back from two knee replacements earlier this year. This program has been great in getting my strength and flexibility back and in preparing me for my Montana archery elk hunt this fall.

I'm 56 and finished PP50 +, awesome program. I have another 10 weeks till my hunting trip, so I am going to revisit it again.
