Hey All, I missed yesterday's MGD workout because it wasn't available, and heard this morning that a backpack is recommended for the rest of this MGD program (Bullet Proof? or maybe just Bullet?). Based on the guidance this morning (30% of bodyweight), I'll need a weighted pack to 70 pounds.
I have several, but was curious what would be best for training. I'd prefer not to get some of my packs sweaty and smelling for training. Should I plan to use a pack with a frame in it?
I haven't used a pack for training before, so any help or info would be appreciated.
