Hello! My husband and I joined MTNTOUGH in January 2024. I was 2 months postpartum and did it for my husband (he is an avid hunter) to do something with him that he enjoys. 10 consistent months later, and I am in the best physical, mental and spiritual shape of my life. I love the MTNTOUGH programs and mindset. My husband and I glean so much from MTNTOUGH and use it to add to the biblical principles we want to teach our boys.
We are looking to get pregnant again soon and I am curious how to modify the programs or what to do to stay in shape throughout pregnancy? I am current going through the new weight vest program and it is incredible!

So awesome Lauren! Sarah, our head trainer, hasn't done a specific pregnancy program in the app, but you can certainly see how you feel and continue with the programs that you love. You should always follow your doctor's advice, but know that bodyweight programs are likely a good go to! We have a new 3030 program coming out and I am guessing you will love it too! Keep up the great work.
