I’m almost through the 4 week sandbag program and it’s been awesome. I’m wondering where to go next. I would love to continue incorporating the sandbag stuff. Which program would be good to move into?

Go through it again and see what your gains are! We don't have another sandbag-specific program, but you cannot go wrong with our heavy pack programs. You can use a sandbag for them. Just throw it over your shoulder!
And just when I respond, I hear the trainers talking about making another sandbag program!
Thanks for the reply! I actually transitioned into the Post Season Strength program and really enjoy it. Just incorporating the sandbag where it makes sense.
I’ll be looking forward to the new program forsure.
