Just recently started MtnTough with minimal gear and have now moved to a full gym. Loving it, every workout leaves me smoked! They have everything except a skierg and assault bike. Do y’all have any recommended alternatives for those to substitute in the backcountry hunter programs? I’ll be jumping into In-Season Training in September and want to plan ahead.

I've been using a cable machine for my ski erg analog. Slide it up to the vertical top, have two handles, then position your feet and row downward and I think it's a pretty good copy of the ski erg motion.
