That said, do you have a list of good workouts I can continue to do to maintain cardio and anything else? I've been doing the minimal gear workouts. I'm have some equipment, willing to buy more if needed. Hunting season is too close to give up the gains that have been made.
If not, it would be awesome to have a set of workouts that people can maintain while recovering from common injuries (broadly upper or lower body). This may already be out there, but if so I could not find it in my searches.
