I went through bodyweight on ramp a few times and am ready for my next challenge. Two options I’m considering are bodyweight foundation or the minimal gear 50+. I’m a 47 y/o male, average or a bit above in cardio and below average in strength. Which would you recommend?

I am a few years younger then Jeff but would also describe myself as average or a bit above in cardio and below average in strength. Wich direction is recommended?
I just finished pre-season prep. It was the first MTN Tough program I tried. I really liked it and my overall cardio really improved(Sounds like you guys already have that)...But I am looking at my next program, I think I will do the 6 week strength program next. It looks like a great overall strength building program, and to be honest I like the 6 week option. I really loved the pre-season prep workout...but towards the end of it I was starting to look forward to the end.
