I believe I am a fairly healthy individual, I can hike forever and have a decent amount of core and upper body endurance, however after doing any of the on ramp bodyweight leg workouts (lunges especially) I typically find myself getting nauseated to the point of vomiting on occasion. Am I overdoing it or is this just a challenge I need to overcome?
