New to Mtn Tough programming but have a 15 year background in CrossFit and HIIT style programming where "Rx" weights are normally listed and scaled up or down from there. In regards to Mtn Tough programming and weight selection; is the goal to choose a weight where all sets can be done unbroken? For example; if a block has goblet squats, 6 sets of 10, should you pick a weight where all 6 sets can be done unbroken?

That's how I've been approaching it this past year, and that seems to be what they recommend in the coached programs like MGD and HP20. I aim for a weight where the last set is pretty close to failure, but not quite there.
