Are these workout going to continue to be longer than 40 minutes? Seems like they are about 10 minutes longer each week.

Just finished first bulletproof assessment. Numbers:
6&9 pull ups
96&112 step ups w/50# pk
13 bird dogs
27 sit ups
Made it through all the reps. Balance is terrible. Side planks w/leg ups and side lunges were difficult. End result "beat like a mother dawg". I'm 62yo, any recommendations on moving forward or going back to on ramp? How do I know the right thing to do?
