Anyone else on here involved with F3? Around the country I’d love to connect and see how you integrate some of these workouts with that when you Q.

Also, just got my first GoRuck Pack and starting to ruck as supplementary training before a couple of mountain trips later this year in Colorado and Montana. We live in a very flat community at sea level so I’d welcome ideas on training for hikes with weight at elevation.

Hey Will. CRISPR of F3 Knoxville here. I literally just signed up for MTNTOUGH, so can't answer your question, but wanted to let you know there's at least one PAX in here.

I've been doing F3 for a few months now (Whopper - Madison, WI). Started MTNTough around the same time and just use the app on my days off from F3. I haven't been there long enough to Q yet, so can't offer much. Planning to use some of the bodyweight workouts adapted for cinder blocks whenever I do.
