I saved (or thought I saved) a daily workout last week to my list. But I don’t see it. Can those be saved to My Lists?
You won't be able to save them to your list since they disappear every 24 hours. You can download them though.

Dumb question maybe, but I did not see how to download them. Bummer, because it was a great workout I was wanting to try.
