I am looking to mix a structure running program with a MTNTOUGH program. Which program would you recommend I utilize when my goal is to encompass functional training and running together sort of like a hybrid style of training. I want to run at least 3-4 times a week.
I should add that I have full gym access.
You should try the daily programs because they fit nicely with running. The Kettlebell programs are so good as a running supplement too. If you want to go big, and run faster, then Pre-Deployment is as good as it gets! Keep us posted.
