Do you have recommended footwear for the Minimum Gear workouts? I had been going bearfoot, but I gave myself a blister on my big toe a couple of weeks ago while going through Minimum Gear Foundation (lots of jumping jacks, plank hop-outs, and mountain climbers I think). 😁 What kind of shoes does Dustin D use? I aspire to be more like Dustin, so maybe if I use the same shoes I'll be just a little bit closer. 😆

I am doing most my workouts, unless there's a lot of running, in Go Ruck ballistic trainers and I like them. Better than the Reebok Nanos I had, which I never "disliked".
