I have completed several MTNTOUGH programs and have been in better shape than in years. I ended up blowing out my bicep recently, and after having surgery, I need to design a workout or workouts that are all cardio and lower body. I will use a weighted pack, of course, because I am still limited in what I can do. Not being able to hold a dumbbell, barbell, or kettlebell limits what I can do. I would appreciate some ideas for some workouts if anyone has any or any modifications I can make to the workouts already designed.
Oh dang I hope it heals up well! Have you done HP20? You could simply remove all of the upper body movements and you'd be left with a good lower body workout. I'd suggest throwing in a weighted ruck march to make up for the upper body movements. We haven't built and all-lower body workout, but just skip those upper body exercises. You have to heal up completely!
