I start the post-season strength 2.0 on Monday. I plan to include mobility. What would your recommendation be for frequency on the mobility workouts throughout the week? I consider myself an intermediate and throughout my whole life I’ve battled with injury from overuse/overtraining. I’m hoping the new strength program mixed with the mobility work will alleviate that. I appreciate any suggestions!
You should definitely do mobility as often as you can. Once a day is great. If you don't have time, just cut your workout short and do your mobility! Post season does have warm ups and cool downs for mobility too, but adding a little more in is often beneficial!
