I am working on increasing my endurance so Id like to incorporate a few runs per week but I want to make sure am opting into the more strength focused days in the MGDs.
Are there specific days in the MGDs that would be better to swap out runs for?
Hey Katie - that is a great goal! There aren't any specific days that are better than others. Do what is best for your schedule. Saturday and Sundays are great days for running too!
