On W1 D3 the finisher listed in the workout doesn't match the finisher in the form videos

Thanks for letting us know. I went in and fixed the form video section for the finisher.
Any advice or tips in modifying these workouts for a 30 - 45 minute window? Intermediate level athlete here that is pressed for time.
Ty I sometimes am short on time too. On those days I will typically scale the workout to fit.whether its shortening the amount of rounds or adding more rounds of a shorter set and eliminating a set that may have more time consuming setup or movements. You can always scale each workout to fit your schedule, just as long as your putting in the work you will reap the benefit.
