Team. Overall a great job. I'm a 52 year old guy with a full time plus job, and I did the preseason prep and the in season training. I tried another program last spring that was much more expensive, and yours has resulted in fewer injuries, lower RHR, and a great archery elk hunt where I was able to outperform the younger guys with me ;)
I'm enjoying the post season strength, and I trust the system, but I don't have a sled, and I feel like a sled is a rare piece of equipment at most gyms. Also, is there a reason there are not more DLs and back squats in the strength program?
Thanks,
Dave
Solid work Dave! We are so proud of you!
Post season didn't need to have more DLs and back squats. It does help keep folks from getting injured. It is truly a functional strength program that way!
Here are some alternatives to the sled: https://lab.mtntough.com/videos/tnt-our-top-5-substitutions-for-sled-work
Keep up the great work!
