Was an 0302 (Afghan 2x). Let myself go the past few years due to work and the loss of a friend in the withdrawal. Joined MtnTough about a month ago and am doing full gym on ramp now. The MtnTough team is fantastic - absolutely love the holistic approach to wellness (physical, mental, and spiritual all together!). Spent some time planning out the next few months using this program and looking forward to getting back out in the mountains this fall. This has given me such optimism about the road ahead.
