Hello MTNTOUGH team!
I will be welcoming a son to my family in about 6 months and I am a new member to the MTNTOUGH community. What is the best/recommended 6 month program split to get in the best shape as possible? I will be following a diet plan as well. I am ~5'10 190 lbs and fairly athletic (hike, ski, mountain bike), but could lose ~15 lbs. I want to push myself over the next 6 months. I love the functional strength style of MTNTOUGH and look forward to my upcoming backcountry hunt in CO this fall. Thank you.
