For this first part to make sense, I should mention that I’m a WQW warrior. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your gym/box/studio, and for showing us a great time. I’ve been religiously hitting the MGDs three days a week, coupled with three days of rucking.
This is not a big deal, at all, but I was curious if there’s anyway to include the full daily routine at the beginning of the video. I’ve found that I feel rushed trying to keep up with your athletes, and end up sacrificing on form and pace. I’ve moved towards fast forwarding through your videos, writing the routine on my white board, and knocking it out. I’m honestly just looking to save a bit of time on the front end and get right into working out.

Hey Paul - that is a great suggestion. Right now we don't have the addition of the routine at the beginning on our roadmap, but we will take it into consideration for the future! Great work mixing rucking and MGDs. I suspect that has been a great combination for you!
