Hey guys,
I seem to be struggling with the food portion of things...at least in my mind. Would like to get some thoughts or opinions on this.
Used the TDEE calculator to get a baseline for macros etc. Called for 2700 cals for a Moderate exercise person.
I opted for cutting because I feel like I personally need to drop a bit of weight.
So even at 2kish calories, I struggle to hit that amount, with the food I eat and keep my macros right. Typically use chicken breast, turkey cutlets, lean steaks for my proteins. I'm so full I don't feel like doing anything.
What do your guys meals look like? Maybe I need a more foods with higher calories??
I was just curious to know what some of your all's meals look like.
I know there are a lot of variables that I haven't included, I can give those when needed.
