Hello I currently enjoy doing the flag ship programs for mtn tough. I wanted to incorporate more stretching due to the fact I’m very tight and have imbalance due to scoliosis. Would you consider it to be over training if I continued to do the flagship programs along with incorporating the daily yoga routines.

That shouldn’t be too much and should help you with the imbalances. Our advice is to see how your body responds. If you are feeling like it’s too much to do the Yoga everyday along with the flagship programs then start with just 2-3 days of Yoga and build up as you are able.
