I've been doing the Gym Daily lifts and last Monday I tweaked my groin and it has been giving me some minor issues, yesterday when I tried to do the reverse lunges I reaggravated the injury. Should I just take time off, do yoga/mobility, or what?

Hey William,
I'm sorry to hear that about the injury. It sounds like you are dealing with a muscle strain. I would continue with the program and modify any movements (like lunges) that seem to aggravate the area. You could use air squats or goblet squats as an alternative movement offload the area.
As it starts to feel better I would get back into doing lunges but start with bodyweight, then slowly increase the weight as you are able without triggering symptoms. Additionally, it can help to do Copenhagen Holds and light Cossack Squats to build restoring strength in the adductor.
